Easy remedies to remove dandruff

Taking care of hair is much needed when living a stressful life and in an ambience and environment which is full of pollution and dust. People tend to lose a lot of hair due to this bad environment around and of not taking proper care of their hair. Now, if someone thinks that taking a regular care of your hair is a very time consuming and gruelling thing then they are mistaken. There are a few things that one need to keep in check and that is all.

But yes, if someone suffers from dandruff attacks, they need to take some extra care to get rid of that. There are anti dandruff shampoos for dry hair which one can use to remove dandruff and also take care of their dry and brittle hair.

If one is suffering from white flakes, then the first thing that they need to stop is using sulphate laden shampoos.  They dry the hair and scalp. The sulphates present in a shampoo dissolves all the natural oils present in the hair and it leaves the scalp dryer than the usual one. This is a leading factor that dandruff and eczema started developing on the scalp. This gives irritation in the scalp and makes it feel very tight and itchy. The presence of sulphate in a shampoo also leads to fading the hair colour if the hair is dyed and it leaves the hair faded and makes it dull looking. The other disadvantage of using a sulphate prone shampoo is it triggers a lot of hair fall. It loosens the hair follicles which lead to loss of hair and if it is not rinsed properly when washing, then it can lead to a huge loss of hair.

Ketomac shampoos

There are also some good home remedies that can help one to fight back dandruff attacks.

You can keep the white flakes away with this.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is said to be a good remedy for dandruff problems. One needs to rub a few drops of it on the scalp, leave it for a few minutes and then wash well with a mild shampoo. One may also be a bit allergic to tea tree oil so they should check that.
