Pregnancy Contraction: Cause and it effects


The journey of nine months comprises the best memories in a women’s life. In this phase, the woman’s body undergoes a lot of important alterations. Types of contraction

  • False Contraction– Contraction occurs mainly so that the cervix becomes prepared before the delivery. The preterm or the false contraction starts mainly in the 37th to 42nd week of the gestation. However, the interval of the contraction is not that much high. And as the time for the delivery comes the interval and also the frequency of the contraction increases.

What to do

It is advised by the doctors that as soon as the contraction interval varies between 5 to 10 minutes they should be notified. Thus timing contraction and keeping a detailed note of it is very much important.
